Edouard Abbeloos is a co-founder and partner of V4G.

Edouard Abbeloos studied at the Free University of Brussels (ULB) in applied sciences ("Faculté des Sciences Appliquées"- 1988). He holds a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from the Solvay Business School. His expertise lies in Information & Communication Technology (ICT) as well as advanced information systems.

Edouard Abbeloos was instrumental in the implementation of information systems relying on expert systems and artificial intelligence. He was responsible for the feasibility studies, technical and economic modeling, optimization of manufacturing processes, development of decision support systems, and as project manager during the transfer phase.

Subsequently he held a leading position in a software development group where he was involved in functional analysis, responsible for the improvement of the software development process and later on as project manager with business development responsibilities.

Prior to joining V4G, Edouard Abbeloos assisted a wide range of private companies as well as public organizations for defining their ICT strategy based on analysis of product portfolios, market positioning, and development of growth strategies. This also included commercial and legal contract negotiations.

As one of the V4G partners, he assesses business and financial capabilities of several SME's and corporate organizations, and is involved in the development of their growth strategy. He is adviser for business valuation and M&A transactions, as well as for public organisations concerning financial modelling. He holds interim management functions and realises turnaround operations.

He is also the co-author of a book concerning the financing of SME's.
