V4G is a European partnership founded in 2001 with operations in Belgium, France and the Netherlands. Owned and managed by its partners, V4G is an independent consulting / coaching group.

V4G's partners have complementary operational and functional skills in areas as diverse as sales, marketing, business development, finance, intellectual property management (IP) and portfolio and technology platform management.

V4G has assembled a multi-disciplinary team of experts covering (among others) information and communication technology (ICT), healthcare, traditional pharma and biotechnology in the life sciences and crop sciences. The team's objectives are:

to assist in the creation and development of "start-ups"
to assist existing enterprises in the realization of their development strategy in order to increase their competitiveness
to assist corporations, and medium-sized companies in all management aspects of their growth process
to assist companies in all management aspects during stress conditions (Turnaround).

V4G is also a co-founder of Vesalius Biocapital, a venture capital fund that invest in young, early- and mid-stage European innovative life science companies (drug development, diagnostics, biomedical technologies).
